Spicey meetings in the boardroom.

Daily meetings, weekly meetings, the monthly board meeting. I seem to spend my life in very dull meetings.

The daily meeting involves a morning get together where we discuss the events around the world of the previous 24 hours. We all arrive, yawning with large cups of strong coffee.

Weekly meetings are more serious. Lasting a couple of hours over lunchtime, all the head honchos are gathered around to has out plans for the week ahead and make some big decisions about likely investments. Traditionally it meant that everyone involved simply had to miss lunch – never a popular option.

That was until someone discovered that you can get tortilla canary wharf style delivered direct to the board room. You may wonder what canary wharf style tortilla is? Well instead of everyone assembling their own, and let’s face it it can be a messy job, the delicious mexican tortillas arrive ready assembled and carefully wrapped so that no one dribbles down their silk tie, or drops a splodge of salsa on their DKNY suit. It really is the perfect solution to lunching on the go, we all look forward to the weekly meeting now, and actually I think it sharpens the mind to inject a bit of hot mexican salsa into an otherwise dreary Wednesday afternoon. Mexican food
