Last night it was my husband’s birthday and we went out for a lovely meal that was really eye opening as to how restaurants have resorted back to old fashion values. The owner explained to use that they had actually become more popular the greener they had become and that by advertising the ways that they are reducing carbon emissions they are actually attracting more customers including a mixture of both old and new faces. Reducing carbon footprint has proved to be the saving of the restaurant as well as the food which tasted really superior knowing that it was farmed only a few miles away.
